Body of 19-year-old man found dead on Grantham by-pass

A 19-year-old has died following an incident near Gorse Bridge on the A1 Great North Road, Barrowby.

Lincolnshire Police received a report of a body of a man in the road at around 2.30am on June 4. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The road was closed but has since re-opened.

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this collision or anyone who may have dashcam footage that will assist with their investigation to contact them.
