Grantham: Plans for 66 homes in village gain final approval

Plans for 66 homes in a village near Grantham have received final approval.

The application from Larkfleet Homes concerned a 2.65ha greenfield site to the south-east of Corby Glen.

The site is off Bourne Road with the fire station and Charles Read Academy to the north west and Swinstead Road to the south west.

As previously reported by Nub News, the planning committee of South Kesteven District Council agreed with officer recommendations and approved the application in January.

Last week, South Kesteven District Council, gave final approval, subject to a range of conditions.
