Two men arrested after break-in at St Wulfram's Church

Two men from Grantham have been arrested after a break-in at historic St Wulfram's Church in the early hours of Christmas Day.

A stained glass window was smashed during the burglary.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said: "A safe containing around £800 cash, a bank card and documents was taken.

"Two people, both men, aged 34 and 37, have been arrested in connection with this and released on bail.

"Investigations are ongoing."

Anyone with information should contact Lincolnshire Police on 101, quoting incident 97 of 25 December.
