Schoolgirl incident Great Ponton: arrested man released on bail

A man arrested in connection with an incident involving a schoolgirl in Great Ponton has been released on bail.
The man, who in his 50s, was arrested on Friday after the incident in Great Ponton last Wednesday (26 June) between 8.15am and 8.45am.
A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said on Friday: "A young girl, walking to school, was approached by a man near the footbridge (northbound) off Heath Lane, Great Ponton, which caused her to be frightened and upset."
