Residents and patients are involved to have their say over the trust that runs Grantham Hospital.

The United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust is staging its AGM online this year and says: "It's open to everyone – we would love you to be there!"

This is the trust's virtual Annual Public Meeting, in line with social distancing rules, and it will be held this Friday (the 25th) from 10.15am until 11.15am.

A trust statement said: "We hope that going online will allow more people to get involved. Feel free to dip in and out of the meeting.

"You'll be able to find out more about the work of United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust, and our challenges and achievements, during 2019/20, including how we are responding to COVID-19. There will also be a chance to ask questions of the Trust's leadership."

People can join the event from anywhere, on any device - PC, smartphone or tablet - using a Chrome or Edge browser or through the Microsoft Teams app.

Access to the APM will be via a web link, which will be shared prior to the event by email. Attendees will need to pre-register their place, using the Survey Monkey link here.

Registration closes on Thursday.

People can submit a question in advance through the survey monkey registration or ask questions live during the APM using the Q&A facility.

Questions will be taken in the order in which they were received. Should the trust run out of time, it will publish responses to remaining questions on its website within one week of the meeting.
