If you want to cycle more but could do without the hassle of route planning and punctures, HSBC UK Guided Rides is for you.

All you have to do is bring your bike and pedal. Our British Cycling trained Ride Leaders do the rest.

It's easy. It's free. And it's a fantastic day out for the whole family, with friends, or just on your own. You'll meet new people, improve your fitness, and get more confident on your bike.

And the even better news is that Grantham and its surrounding areas now has its very own British Cycling qualified Ride Leader.

"We will be organising rides for all abilities, throughout the year.

"We can also arrange closed group rides for your company, club or institution," says local Ride Leader, Roy.

"In addition to the social aspects, we teach road craft and cycling etiquette, as well as safe and respectful cycling on busy roads."

And the beauty is that there will always be rides in most parts of the country, so you can even join rides when on holiday.

Just go to https://www.letsride.co.uk/guided-rides and enter your post code to find rides near you.

And if you want to suggest a ride, or request a private group ride, please follow us on Facebook @GuidedRidesGrantham
