A Grantham man has now been charged with manslaughter following an incident in Westgate during February.

In a statement issued yesterday, Lincolnshire Police said Luke Templeman has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing on October 8.

The 27 year-old from Launder Terrace was originally charged with GBH following the incident near to the Kings Arms late on Friday February 28.

At the time, 34-year-old Danny Maguire of Nottingham suffered serious head injuries.

Sadly, he died on Friday March 6.
