Two more Grantham area schools have reported cases of Coronavirus, according to Lincolnshire County Council.

A further Grantham school also remains closed, says the county council.

In a statement issued earlier today, Lincolnshire County Council confirmed cases at Bluecoat Meres Academy, which is 'closed'; and at Kesteven and Grantham Girls School and Gonerby Hill Foot Primary School, which remain open.

Cliffedale Primary School, and Barrowby Primary School were added to the list today.

Andy Fox, consultant in public health, said: "As of this morning, Lincolnshire's Health Protection Team is currently working with 33 schools that have had confirmed cases of coronavirus.

"All schools are taking action to limit the potential spread of the virus, with some pupils and staff self-isolating as a precaution where necessary."
