Set up by Sunita Passi in 2019, the Wellness Centre and shop feature a yoga/meditation studio, Ayurvedic and holistic treatments, a clinic for medical herbalism and Ayurvedic medicine and own-brand natural skincare.

The granddaughter of an Indian Ayurvedic doctor, Sunita came to Ayurveda in an effort to manage her own stress levels, while working in India as a business journalist.

Sunita said: "The start of a new year is often the time when people think of how they can improve their wellbeing.

"By offering this new membership, we are offering the chance to unplug from the world and enjoy natural processes of healing.

"We also offer 1-2-1 bespoke sessions for clients for an additional charge.

"These are based on individual requirements around all mind, body and health related issues.

"The sessions are offered with our teachers in yoga, mindfulness and meditation and with myself in mindfulness or meditation."

The annual membership is strictly limited to 30 places and can be paid by monthly direct debit.
