Swingers festival near Grantham passes without incident

A four day swingers festival near Grantham appears to have passed off without incident.

Hundreds gathered east of Grantham, reportedly in fields near Haceby and Oasby.

The private event began on Thursday and ended yesterday.

As Nub News reported yesterday, it attracted national attention.

Those attending had to be tested beforehand and organisers said the event was Covid-complaint.

For £200 over the four says, guests could sleep in luxury four-person yurts.

Activities included a adult bouncy castles, wet t-shirt competitions and a mobile dungeon. There was also hot tubs, a naked singer, fetish demonstrations, plus a Miss and Mr Swingathon 2021 competition.

And to ensure the weekend went with a bang, clay pigeon shooting!

Lincolnshire Police commented: "We received reports of noise complaints, but on investigation there was nothing ongoing. We haven't received any reports of Covid breaches."

A spokesman for North Kesteven District Council added: "I'm not aware of any trouble, complaints, breaches, etc."
