South Kesteven District Council: Flat conversion plan approved in Westgate

By The Editor 29th Apr 2020

A flat conversion plan has been approved in Grantham's Westgate.

Mr M Rahman has gained planning consent from South District council to undertake the work on the upper floors of 96-97 Westgate.

There would be alternations to a shop front on the ground floor, with three one-bed and two studios created on the two upper floors.

The three-storey building currently has approval as a restaurant/take away.

A council report said the approving the conversion would secure the future use of the building and enhance this heritage asset.
