Six men bailed following Grantham incident involving machetes

Six men have been released on conditional bail following an incident in Grantham on Friday evening.
Lincolnshire Police today said the release of the men is pending further enquiries.
On Friday night they commented: "We were called to Grantham at just after 5 pm this evening to deal with an incident of disorder.
"Multiple accounts came from members of the public who reported seeing a number of men with weapons. The incident was primarily on Earlesfield Lane. We are also investigating a connected report of a road traffic collision.
"Six men, aged between 22 and 32 have been arrested. Two of these men have since been taken to hospital for treatment for their injuries which are not thought life threatening.
"We have recovered a number of weapons including two machetes, two air weapons, a hammer and a crow bar. The underwater search team are assisting in the search for a possible further weapon, thought to be a hammer or similar."
Earlesfield Lane was closed at the time as part of their inverstigations.
As Nub News also reported, police also thanked witnesses for their help in their enquiries.
