New Year of works starts on Grantham Southern Relief Road

Works on the second phase of Grantham's new relief road are steadily progressing.
In its monthly update, Lincolnshire Police reports on what it achieved in December and what is happening this month.
What was achieved in December?
Continued drainage works to the western side of the scheme
Completed piling works / started pile cropping and excavation works in preparation for concrete works for second half of new A1 bridge
Continued earthworks across the entire site
Carried out planning works and site clearance for signage installation on A1
Continued Phase Three Anglian Water watermain diversion and BT ducting
Continued post-excavation archaeological reporting
