Two teenage boys and a 43-year-old man have been arrested after Lincolnshire Police raided a Grantham property.

Police called at the property in Cambridge Street on Monday afternoon after On Monday afternoon and found a substance believed to be cocaine.

They say boys aged 15 and 16 were at the property along with a 43-year-old man. All were arrested on suspicion of being involved in the supply of a Class A drug.

The 15-year-old was found in possession of this machete.

Detective Inspector Andrew Wright-Lakin said: "We will always act when we believe a property is being used for an illegal activity.

"We continue to remove as many weapons as we possibly can from Grantham and the wider county under Operation Raptor – our force's ongoing drive to take them out of circulation.

"By doing so we reduce the chances of them being used to incite fear, create violence or in other crimes including those involving drugs."

They have been released on bail and officers continue to investigate this case.

Police ask anyone with information about the supply or production of drugs, to contact them on 101 or make a report to CrimeStoppers, online or by calling 0800 555 111, if they wish to remain anonymous.

They added: "If you've been the victim of crime, support is available, whether you have reported the crime to the police or not.

"Victim Lincs provide free, confidential advice and guidance, as well as access to specialist emotional support services. Visit victimlincs.co.uk or call 01522 947510 Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm."
