Local Elections 2021: "We need a county council that will invest in our infrastructure, and us."

I am the Labour and Cooperative candidate for Grantham Barrowby.

I have lived in Grantham for over 20 years with my husband and we have raised our two children here.

I have worked in education for a number of years and previously taught at Grantham College.

I now have the privilege to be the Chief Executive of a charity that provides education and social care services to young people with learning disabilities.

I am passionate about social justice and the importance of everyone getting a chance to achieve their potential.

I want to serve as a County councillor to ensure that Grantham and the surrounding villages get a voice and we do not get left behind.

I have previously served as a district councillor for Earlsfield.

I think that experience will be invaluable if I get elected.

I know that many people will be worried about the future as we come out of this pandemic.

We need a county council that will invest in our infrastructure, and us.
