Lincolnshire County Council: Views sought on customer and digital strategies

Local News by The Editor 29th May 2021

Lincolnshire residents are urged to help the county council shape its new strategies.

Lincolnshire County Council is currently developing new customer and digital strategies, and has launched two surveys to gather residents' views and experiences to help shape those plans.

To help us form its new Customer Strategy, the council is asking what's important to people when they contact it council. The council wants to make sure its provides residents with a high quality experience when interacting with it.

For its Digital Strategy, the county council is asking about experiences of using digital tools, to help it make the most of new technologies and efficient new automated processes.

Whilst it would like digital to be the first choice for services, the council acknowledges that there are challenges for some people when accessing digital services, especially in more rural areas.

Both surveys can be found on its website and will be open until 18 June 2021.

These strategies will help towards achieving our corporate plan, which you can find out more about at www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/corporate-plan.
