Bellway has launched a new showhome in Bottesford as work progresses at The Vale development.

The Rosewood showhome opened at the Grantham Road site on Saturday 26 June with visitors able to view the property by appointment only.

The national housebuilder is delivering 60 new homes at The Vale, including 41 for private sale and 19 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.

Construction work is progressing well at the development and the first residents are expected to move in during the summer.

Prices at The Vale currently range from £215,000 for a two-bedroom semi-detached house, to £349,000 for a two-bedroom bungalow.
