Grantham man, 27, charged with GBH and possessing weapon following incident

A 27-year-old Grantham man has been charged with grievous bodily harm and possessing an offensive weapon in relation to a serious assault in town early on Tuesday.

Lincolnshire Police this afternoon said that Nathan Joseph, of St Catherine's Road in Grantham, has been charged with the offences following his arrest yesterday afternoon.

The 27-year-old is due to appear in Lincoln Magistrates Court today.

A 31-year-old woman, a 40-year-old woman, and a 32-year-old man also arrested in relation to the incident have been released on police bail.
