In this instalment, we have an amazing opportunity from ENS Recruitment is looking for a Support Worker, based in Grantham.

They said:"Are you looking for a rewarding role, where you know every day worked will have an immense effect on someone's life and their well-being?

"ENS Recruitment is working with a long-standing charity with the recruitment of a Support Worker in Grantham, Lincolnshire to support adults with learning difficulties on either a full-time or part-time permanent basis.

"As a Support Worker, you will assist adults with learning difficulties to meet their daily needs and achieve their their goals, whilst promoting their independence.

"You will have a caring heart, a positive attitude and flexibility to support those around you.

"What are the requirements?

- Previous experience as a Support Worker, helping those with a learning difficulty

- Flexibility to work unsociable hours on a rota basis (weekends and evenings)

- DBS on the Update Service (preferred) "What is offered?

- Access to recognized qualifications

- Employee Assistance Programme (eg. 24/7 counselling line, online health portal)

- Discount schemes
