Your new role

Experience of working in a finance role in the education sector is desirable but not essential. An understanding of the key financial controls, strategic planning and budgetary management is required. Holds an SBM qualification/equivalent or experience in a similar post. Knowledge of safeguarding and safer recruitment practises. The ability to oversee the implementation of central HR policies and procedures. An awareness of Health and Safety requirements in a educational setting. What you'll need to succeed

I Ideally you will be AAT qualified or equivalent experience. You will have experience in both the Finance and business operational side of the business.You will be astute, be able to follow process and have excellent communication skills.
