Coronavirus crisis: Interactive map reveals four deaths in Grantham

Four people in Grantham died with coronavirus in the run-up to April 17, according to newly-released government data.

The Office of National Statistics has issued a breakdown of where people have died of the virus or died with the virus.

In total, 14 out of 203 deaths in South Kesteven over the period March 1 to April 17 are related to coronavirus.

The ONS data also showed there were four deaths from Covid-19 in the area of Long Bennington, Allington and Barrowby.

There were also four deaths in the area of Bottesford, Harby and Croxton; plus one in the area of Ancaster, Caythorpe and Claypole.

The ONS said that a small number of deaths were reallocated between neighbouring areas to protect confidentiality.

The figures do not include deaths of non-residents and are based on February 2020 boundaries.
