I'm Cllr Martin Hill and I'm standing for re-election on the 6th May for the Folkingham Rural Division in the County Council elections

It is a pleasure and a privilege to look after and help residents in a large rural area of over 30 villages and I have been been able to successfully resolve many problems and issues for individuals and communities.

Working with a united and committed Conservative team the county council has provided good services - as independently assessed and kept our council tax one of the lowest in the country. At the same time we have continued with ambitious annual building programmes, such as the Grantham bypass in our area.

Personal safety is a priority for the residents of this county and I believe we have responsibly managed the implications of the coronavirus in the county. At the same time we have been able to launch a fund to financially support small businesses who were not able to draw on government funds, to survive the pandemic and help to keep our economy strong. We have also increased our spending on road maintenance by an additional £12.5m.

We hope that our proven record will give you the confidence to vote for myself and fellow Conservatives for a further four years.
