Cocktail of the Week: Paloma

Grantham Nub News has joined forces with a regular reader to share a 'Cocktail of the Week' feature, and here is this week's instalment:
Josh here to wish you a happy weekend. This week's cocktail is the Paloma. A traditional paloma cocktail consists of tequila, lime juice, grapefruit and soda and is a great alternative to tequila lovers who don't like a Mexican Mule - or a top addition to drinkers who enjoy a Margarita.
You will need:
- 50ml of your favourite tequila
- 10ml agave syrup
- 15ml lime juice
- 60ml grapefruit juice
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker
- If you are using fresh limes, muddle with the peel or squeeze the juice in and leave out the peel
- Give a good hard shake - until your arms ache!
- Pour into a highball glass with ice
Enjoy!
Check back next week for another Cocktail of the Week, shared each Friday to get the party started.
