A luxury care home is set to open in Grantham this year, offering 'five star' services and comfort.

The new home is set to create jobs across all roles at the Grantham facility and recruitment has already begun.

Grantham Nub News is delighted and proud to announce that operators, Crown Care Group, has become our first sponsor, enabling our community website to continue to provide the latest hyper-local news, sport and features for the town.

The team at Royal Windsor, Crown Care Group have also announced that they are 'delighted' to be taking enquiries for Care and Recruitment and are looking forward to welcoming residents in October 2021.

Set in the former Magistrate's Court in Grantham, the home is close to local transport links and just half a mile from Grantham High Street. Taking care and support facilities to a whole new level in the local area, the warm and inviting residence will provide the comforts of home with 24-hour support.

Royal Windsor is a new development offering bespoke care and support in a safe and welcoming environment.

The home has been designed to a luxurious high standard and has been described as a "five star luxury hotel" by the developers. Providing the highest possible standards of care to ensure those who come to live here or stay with us receive the care, attention and lifestyle they deserve.

The home on Harlaxton Road will be offering residential care, nursing care, dementia care, bespoke care or a short respite stay.

The latest Crown Care development will have 68 luxury furnished suites and facilities include a sun terrace, a bar, cinema room, beauty therapy, hair salon, activities room, library, restaurants, quiet lounges and landscaped gardens.

There will be variety of comfortable lounges and three restaurants. Each resident suite has been designed to provide generous, beautifully furnished, private facilities, with en-suite Shower/Wet rooms.

Menus are created by experienced chefs to provide nutritious meals to suit all tastes, appetites and special dietary requirements. Residents can also invite family and guests to dine with them. A wide range of daily activities will be on offer with opportunities for social interaction with like-minded people.

Denise Stephenson, Managing Director, Crown Care Group, said: "We have found that we are able to support our homes if they are in geographic clusters, which have proved very successful in North East of England and Yorkshire.

"Recently we have focused on East Midlands including new care home developments in Hucknall and Daventry. We identified that there was a need in Grantham for up to date state of the art luxurious care home at an affordable cost. This particular site offers fantastic garden space and great accessibility to those that live in and around Grantham."

Denise added: "We pride ourselves on being part of local communities and that's exactly the same ethos we will be bringing to Grantham, to be part of the local community and also to create community links to enhance the wellbeing and lifestyle of residents who choose Royal Windsor as their home."

"Our new partnership with Grantham Nub News is part of this and we too are delighted and proud to play a role in ensuring the provision of the latest hyper-local news, sport and features for the town."
