Health chiefs are keen to hear your views on the vaccine roll-out, including if you have safety fears.

The NHS Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group is carrying out a vaccination survey and people have several weeks to respond.

The CCG said: "The successful roll-out of the COVID-19 vaccination programme continues to be a collective effort across Lincolnshire to ensure that our communities are protected and vaccinated as quickly as possible.

"We would like to gather your feedback if you have received the vaccination and we would also like to hear from you if have reservations or would prefer not to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.

"We would like to gather your feedback regarding any compliments and any concerns, barriers or difficulties you are experiencing in order that we can address any issues and respond to any improvements or adaptations that are required."

"We would be grateful if you could complete this survey providing as much information as possible by 8 June 2021."
