Coronavirus crisis: Lincolnshire experiences another sharp rise in cases

Lincolnshire has experienced a sharp rise in the number of reported Coronavirus cases.

Public Health England reported the county now has 39 confirmed cases, an increase of seven on yesterday.

The increase from Wednesday to Thursday was just one.

The latest increase comes as Rutland also reported its first case today.

Nationally, the UK reported a 2,885 increase in cases, bringing the total to 14,543.

The numbers of deaths has increased by 181 to 759.

As yet, no deaths have been reported in Lincolnshire.
