Gratham MP Gareth Davies has visited the Grantham vaccination centre at the Mere's to see for himself the operation taking place to vaccine the country's most vulnerable residents.

During the Friday visit, he met with local NHS leaders and volunteers to hear more about how well the process is going and to thank everyone for their efforts.

Nationally, the UK has now vaccinated over 17 million people and are moving through the vaccination priority list as determined by the independent JCVI.

Locally, the NHS continues to do well, with 13 vaccination hubs throughout Lincolnshire.

The MP says he is in regular contact with the NHS to monitor progress.
